Chef Charles Lindstrom realized his passion for cooking and fine cuisine at a relatively young age. Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he fulfilled his externship at the prestigious Omni International Hotel in Virginia Beach
Chef Lindstrom stayed at the Omni Hotel, and mastered ice sculpting, corporate gatherings, and running their dining room which accommodated over one thousand people.
Having trained under German, Italian, and French cuisine, Chef Lindstrom brings a wide spectrum of expertise and finesse to the Grenville Hotel. Whether it is cooking for a thousand people, or fine dining for 2, our chef will create a dining atmosphere for you that is second to none.
