RESERVATION POLICIES
ALL reservations require a MINIMUM ONE (1) NIGHT DEPOSIT or 50% of total stay.
Due to demand for rooms, SUMMER WEEKEND RESERVATIONS require a
TWO (2) NIGHT STAY MINIMUM and a 50% DEPOSIT
SATURDAY ONE (1) NIGHT STAY may be available at a higher rate for the
Months of MAY to SEPTEMBER based on Availability.
Any Cancellation or Change WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF ARRIVAL will result in
a
CHARGE for the FULL BALANCE DUE.
Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date.
Refunds will not be given for early departures. No exceptions.
Any changes to a reservation or cancellation PRIOR TO TWO (2) WEEKS before arrival will be subject
to a $25.00 administrative processing fee per room.
Rates subject to change without notice.
